Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled FEA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis and simulation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong engineering fundamentals, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with pre-processing and FEA simulation tools.
The candidate will be responsible for simulation activities, analysis of test and simulation results, delivering quality outputs within timelines, and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform FEA pre-processing and simulation activities as per project requirements.
  • Work on Abaqus – Implicit and Explicit analysis.
  • Handle basic simulation activities using LS-DYNA and/or PAM-CRASH.
  • Perform model preparation, meshing, setup, and related pre-processing activities.
  • Analyze and interpret test and simulation results and provide appropriate engineering recommendations.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Support team members and contribute to overall project deliverables.
  • Develop and implement new methods and processes to improve task execution.
  • Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and business scenarios.
  • Work in shifts, depending on project requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain good communication with stakeholders.

Education

  • B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Automotive Engineering
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Related Engineering disciplines

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 2–4 years of relevant FEA / CAE experience.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical ability.
  • Good understanding of simulation and engineering concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with FEA pre-processing tools.
  • Good understanding of Abaqus and basic exposure to LS-DYNA/PAM-CRASH.
  • Strong problem-solving and result-analysis skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, methods, and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
