Job Overview


Responsible for the engineering development and testing of vehicle dynamics components and systems, including wheels, brakes, suspension, and vehicle layout. The role involves end-to-end ownership of component design, validation, and engineering development throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand product requirements and develop engineering solutions, concept designs, and testing methodologies for wheels, brakes, suspension systems, and overall vehicle layout.
  • Own the complete design, engineering development, and testing of vehicle dynamics components across all development phases in collaboration with vendors.
  • Perform engineering calculations and establish boundary conditions for FEA simulations.
  • Apply knowledge of two-wheeler dynamics, manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and practical engineering considerations.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation such as DVP, DFMEA, DSS, and other design-related documents.
  • Develop design guidelines for vehicle dynamics components and collaborate closely with Validation Engineers to establish testing procedures and test rigs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure engineering prototypes are manufactured according to design specifications.
  • Work closely with the NPD team to ensure timely prototype readiness and project execution.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 6–8 Years
