Role Overview
We are seeking a Power Electronics Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, testing, and validation of power electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor drives.
  • Select and size power devices.
  • Perform circuit simulation, loss, and thermal analysis.
  • Support schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and EMI/EMC.
  • Handle prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation.
  • Implement and test protection features (OV, UV, OC, short-circuit, thermal).
Required Qualifications
    • B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics.
    • 4–5 years of relevant industry experience.
    • Strong fundamentals in power electronics and control systems.
    • Hands-on experience in power hardware testing and debugging.
Technical Skills
    • Strong fundamentals in Power Electronics and Analog Circuit Design
    • Hands-on experience with:
    • BLDC / PMSM motor controllers
    • Knowledge of:
    • DC-DC converters
    • Gate driver ICs
    • Current measurement techniques
    • Thermal management
    • Understanding of EMI/EMC best practices

Tools & Software
    • Schematic capture and PCB tools (Altium / KiCAD preferred)
    • Simulation tools (LTspice or similar)
    • Lab instruments: Oscilloscope, power analyzer, current probes
Soft Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently with ownership
    • Good documentation and communication skills
