Essential Functional / Technical Competencies

  1. Working experience in Power Electronics (MOSFETs & Drivers) and design of power stage with filters, considering Analog, Digital & Isolated grounds.
  2. Working experience in motor control drivers and PWM.
  3. Working experience with LT Spice, MATLAB, and Simulink for schematic and signal analysis.
  4. Working experience in Power Supply Design (Boost & Buck Converter).
  5. Working experience in Signal Conditioning and Board Level Design.
  6. Good knowledge in PCB layout and board development.
  7. Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Good communication skills.

Desired Functional / Technical Competencies

(Competencies that are desired but not mandatory)
  1. Good knowledge of EMI / EMC standards.
  2. Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
  3. Good understanding of communication buses – CAN, I2C, SPI, UART.
  4. Support in Hardware – Software Integration Testing (HSI).

Power Electronics:
  1. Experience and knowledge in Power Electronics design calculation, worst-case analysis, simulation, and board development.
  2. Inverter design (MOSFET & Driver).
  3. DC–DC Converter.
  4. DC Bank Capacitor.
Embedded Electronics:
  1. Selection of Microcontroller and I/O mapping.
  2. Signal conditioning with filter design.
  3. High voltage signal to MCU signal voltage configuration.
  4. Threshold limits and worst-case analysis.
  5. Design knowledge complying with EMI / EMC standards.
